I spent a weekend in Paris (1) to celebrate my friend Katie's 21st birthday and (2) to see some old friends from high school (Lycée Descartes in Tours). The morning before leaving for Paris, we got to meet the awesome Kari Lininger, Kogod's new International Programs Manager (yay)!
The three of us got breakfast, and then realized that she would be in Paris that afternoon with no plans! So of course we invited her to Katie's b-day dinner!
We also visited the Centre Pompidou, a modern art museum, currently showing 3 exhibitions! My favorite was La Subversion des Images (surréalisme, photographie, filme).
